Join our Strong Ladies fitness class at glo studio and discover your inner strength. This empowering workout is designed to tone and sculpt your body while building lean muscle. Within a supportive and motivating atmosphere, this class is perfect for all levels. Get ready to feel strong, confident, and empowered. This Level 1 series includes two identical classes which take place every other week to teach the basics of weight training. Week 1 Legs and Shoulders Week 2 Back and Biceps Week 3 Chest and Triceps Week 4 Legs Level 2 will roll out after the completion of Level 1, participants are strongly recommended to complete and participate in Level 1 to advance forward. Savanna is a Certified Personal Trainer with ISSA an accredited leader in the industry.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best class offerings for both instructors and guests there is a 3 person minimum to host a class. The instructor reserves the right to cancel the class if the minimum sign up is not met one hour prior to class session. We encourage early bookings and cancelations if a member or guest is unable to join and appreciate your dedication to making each class successful.
