Service Description

Your personal trainer, Savanna will move around the room during camp providing a personalized experience in a group setting. This workout is 60 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (custom to all fitness levels), and a cool down. Bootcamp is a full body workout that consists of 5 stations and interval training. Mostly utilizing body weight as well as light weights and kettle bells. Join this combination class that contains dynamic exercises, receive a demonstration from your personal trainer as you work together as a group to excel your fitness routine. You will learn proper form and the knowledge multiple ways to modify all exercises. Savanna is your biggest fan and helps to pull everyone together by pushing you through to discover your own strength! Classes are 60 impactful minutes. Comfortable clothing recommended. Bring a water, mat and a friend!
