Service Description
Bootcamp is a full body workout that consists of stations and interval training. Mostly utilizing body weight as well as light weights and kettle bells. Join this combination class that contains dynamic exercises, receive a demonstration from your personal trainer as you work together as a group to excel your fitness routine. You will learn proper form and the knowledge multiple ways to modify all exercises. Savanna is your biggest fan and helps to pull everyone together by pushing you through to discover your own strength!

Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best class offerings for both instructors and guests there is a 3 person minimum to host a class. The instructor reserves the right to cancel the class if the minimum sign up is not met one hour prior to class session. We encourage early bookings and cancelations if a member or guest is unable to join to allow additional guests to join on the waitlist. We appreciate your dedication to making each class successful.
