About the event
Kim will take the lead on a festive PiYo class sure to bring some laughter and cheer. Interested trying a fast paced class and looking for a great way to burn calories prior to the Christmas Cookies? PiYo is the answer! This low-impact, high-intensity workout that is designed to burn calories and tone your body. For one night only Kim aka Mrs. Kringle will finish the class with a jolly Christmas party. So bring your friends and workout partner to glo studio for a fun and festive night out!
Mocktails and Snacks will be provded at the end of class. Like to dress up? Ugly sweaters and festive wear encouraged.
