GLO STUDIO: THE SANCTUARY POLICY
I. THE SANCTUARY EXIT
(Class Etiquette)
To preserve the "Glo" for every guest, we ask that you honor the following exit ritual:

The Final Exhale: We encourage all guests to stay for the duration of Savasana or the final Sound Bath. If you must leave early, please do so quietly before the restorative portion of the class begins.

Equipment Ritual: Please sanitize any borrowed mats or props using our signature botanical cleaners. Return blocks, straps, and weights to their designated stations with the same intentionality they were taken.

The Silent Transition: As you move from the studio to the lobby, please maintain a "soft voice" to respect those still in meditation or receiving sound alchemy in the adjacent sanctuary.
II. GENERAL MERCHANDISE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns or exchanges for most retail merchandise purchased in-studio or on goingtoglo.com within 14 calendar days of the purchase or original ship date.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale): To maintain hygiene and boutique standards, the following are final sale:

Leggings, apothecary items (once opened), gift cards, membership passes, e-vouchers, and items marked as clearance or "Final Sale."

Subscriber Perk: Monthly and Annual subscribers receive 10% off all eligible retail at checkout.
III. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW FEES
To ensure our waitlisted students have the opportunity to find their reset, we enforce a strict scheduling policy:

Late Cancellation (Class): Cancellations made within 1 hour of the class start time will incur a $5 fee.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a booked class without notification will result in the charge of a non-refundable drop-in rate (or forfeiture of the class credit used for booking).

Waitlist: If you are added to a class from the waitlist, you are considered "Checked In." Please manage your notifications to avoid late-cancel fees.
IV. SUBSCRIPTION FLEXIBILITY
At Glo, we believe in movement without the strings.

Month-to-Month: All subscriptions are billed on the 30-day cycle of your start date.

The Pause: Members may pause their subscription for up to 30 days once per calendar year with no administrative fee.

Cancellation: To cancel a subscription, please provide written notice at least 7 days prior to your next billing cycle.
V. INFRARED SAUNA USAGE

Personal Prep: Guests must be in good hygiene and free of physical illness. For the safety of our community, please do not use the sauna if you are experiencing symptoms such as diarrhea or have experienced any illness symptoms within the last 48 hours.

Prohibited Items: Shoes and beverages are not permitted inside the sauna at any time.

Age Requirement: The sauna suite is reserved for guests aged 16 and older.

Hygiene: Guests are required to use a clean towel on the sauna bench at all times.

Cancellations: Sauna sessions follow the same 1-hour late cancellation policy as studio classes ($5 fee).
VI. PRIVATE RENTALS & OFF-SITE BOOKINGS
Private sanctuary rentals and off-site wellness bookings are subject to the following non-refundable terms:

Payment Structure: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and time. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled event.

Full Payment: All private events must be paid in full prior to the start of the event.

Cancellation: Due to the exclusive reservation of our facilitators and space, all payments for private rentals are non-refundable.
VII. GATHER & GLO EXCURSION & RETREAT POLICY
Purchases related to travel, destination retreats, or specialized workshops are subject to unique terms due to non-refundable vendor and accommodation deposits.

All initial retreat deposits are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
Final Payments

Due 60–90 days prior to travel. Once the final payment date has passed, all funds are 100% non-refundable unless the Client finds a suitable replacement traveler.
Cancellation by Company

If Gather + Glo cancels an Excursion due to unforeseen circumstances, clients receive a full refund or the option to transfer funds to a future Excursion.
Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase "Cancel for Any Reason" travel insurance immediately upon placing their initial deposit to cover unforeseen events (illness, injury, etc.).
VIII. IMPORTANT AGREEMENTS FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION
Before beginning your journey with us, we require your understanding and agreement to the following:

Photo/Video Release: By participating in any Glo Studio activity, you grant us the right to take and use photographs and/or video recordings of you for publicity, advertising, and web content. This helps us share the positive experiences within our community.

Waiver and Release of Liability: By booking either in person or online with Glo Studio, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, or death which may arise from the use of an infrared sauna, during our virtual or in-person yoga sessions, Pilates sessions, fitness classes, or any other activity. You agree to waive and release all claims or liabilities for personal injury or property damages of any kind sustained while on the premises, during the use of the full spectrum infrared sauna, during any yoga or Pilates session, fitness class, and from any advice provided by an employee, independent contractor, or any representative of Glo Studio. You also understand that our services are for wellness, fitness, and educational purposes, not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. These terms and conditions are in effect for all class sessions and services provided by Glo Studio and will not expire unless specifically requested by either party in writing.

Health Disclosure: It is the guest's responsibility to inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to the start of class.

Personal Property: Glo Studio is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items left in the lobby or studio sanctuary.

Code of Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior disrupts the peace and safety of the sanctuary or our community.
