​​Welcome to Glo Studio! Our terms & conditions is designed to help us understand your unique needs, goals, and health history so we can create the best possible personalized wellness plan for you. This intake agreement allows us to understand your preferences, ensuring you get the most out of all our class sessions.

Were available to receive all client information, help delve into your primary goals for seeking wellness (whether it's for flexibility, strength, stress reduction, or specific health concerns), and review your physical activity, lifestyle, and health history. This comprehensive approach ensures we tailor every aspect of your experience to you.

 

Important Agreements for Your Participation

 

Before beginning your journey with us, we require your understanding and agreement to the following:

• Photo/Video Release: By participating in any Glo Studio activity, you grant us the right to take and use photographs and/or video recordings of you for publicity, advertising, and web content. This helps us share the positive experiences within our community.

• Waiver and Release of Liability: By booking either in person or online with Glo Studio, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, or death which may arise from the use of an infrared sauna, during our virtual or in-person yoga sessions, Pilates sessions, fitness classes, or any other activity. You agree to waive and release all claims or liabilities for personal injury or property damages of any kind sustained while on the premises, during the use of the full spectrum infrared sauna, during any yoga or Pilates session, fitness class, and from any advice provided by an employee, independent contractor, or any representative of Glo Studio. You also understand that our services are for wellness, fitness, and educational purposes, not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. These terms and conditions are in effect for all class sessions and services provided by Glo Studio and will not expire unless specifically requested by either party in writing.
