By booking either in person or online with us you acknowledge and voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, or death which may arise from the use of an infrared sauna or during our virtual yoga sessions. You by booking agree, on behalf of yourself and any of your heirs, executors, representatives, or assignees, thereby waive and release all claims or liabilities for personal injury or property damages of any kind sustained while on the premises, during the use of the full spectrum infrared sauna, during a yoga session and from any advice provided by an employee, independent contractor, or any representative. You by booking agree that these terms and conditions are in effect for all infrared sauna sessions and virtual yoga sessions and will not expire unless specifically requested by either party.
