As a Licensed Esthetician and Sound Therapy Healer, she has built her practice on the connection between a calm nervous system and healthy, glowing skin. Now, as a Certified Pilates Instructor, she is bringing the physical foundation of mindful movement into the mix.
Kallie’s approach at Glo is all about creating a bridge between your physical strength and your internal sense of peace.
Mindful Movement through Pilates With her Pilates practice, Kallie focuses on building a strong, resilient foundation from the inside out. By prioritizing alignment and core stability, she helps you find a sense of ease in your body—letting go of the physical tension that we all tend to carry from daily stress.
The Healing Power of Sound In her sound therapy sessions, Kallie uses gentle vibrations to help the mind drift into a deep state of rest. It’s about more than just relaxation; it’s about giving the nervous system a chance to reset. This deep quiet naturally lowers stress levels, which in turn helps reduce inflammation and gives your skin the space it needs to truly heal and glow.
Skin Health & Outer Radiance Kallie understands that our skin is often a map of our internal well-being. By combining professional skincare with the restorative power of sound and movement, she helps you achieve that "lit-from-within" radiance that only comes when you are truly centered and restored.
Whether you are working with her on the mat or in the treatment room, Kallie’s goal is simple: to help you find that sweet spot where a strong body and a quiet mind meet. When you feel good on the inside, it always shows on the outside.
Izzy is a dedicated and accomplished certified Pilates Instructor whose foundation is built upon a rich 16-year background in dance.
Izzy specializes in guiding clients through the core principles of Pilates, driven by the opportunity to watch members grow not just in physical strength, but also in profound confidence.
Her instruction is uniquely informed by her dance mastery, highlighting the powerful functional similarities between the two disciplines:
-
Mind-Body Connection: Both dance and Pilates require a deep, focused awareness of how the body moves in space, linking breath to intentional execution.
-
Core Power & Precision: Both rely on cultivating a strong, stable center for controlled, powerful movements, emphasizing precise form to maximize results and prevent injury.
-
Grace and Fluidity: Izzy uses her artistry to guide clients in moving with a grace and fluidity that elevates the Pilates experience beyond simple exercise.
Adding another layer of unique expertise is her training as a private pilot and future flight instructor. This background instills a profound appreciation for the precision, control, and focus—all essential principles of the Pilates method.
Through this powerful blend of movement, medicine, and aviation principles, Izzy is committed to helping others find their power, making every session a chance to build both a stronger body and a more confident self.
Natalie brings warmth, playfulness, and a deep sense of grace to every class she teaches. With over 10 years of experience and 200-hour RYT certification, she offers Katonah Yoga-inspired vinyasa classes rooted in hatha yoga and Ashtanga training.
Her alignment-focused style creates a safe and supportive space for smooth transitions in and out of poses. She loves using props for support and enrichment, and encourages modifications for every body—beginners to advanced.
What makes her classes truly special is their Katonah-inspired essence: a beautiful blend of traditional hatha yoga with sacred geometry, the magic of repetition, and the playful use of imagination. With a gentle emphasis on breathwork and metaphors, she invites you to explore your body, connect more deeply with yourself, and experience the joy of embodied imagination on the mat. She has been weaving these principles into her classes to deepen and expand the practice for herself and her students.
