With a decade of experience managing multiple high-end health clubs in the industry, Nicole branched out to create Glo Studio with a clear vision: to offer a welcoming and accessible destination where everyone can find their perfect balance of wellness and relaxation. Nicole is particularly passionate about Vinyasa yoga, a dynamic practice that synchronizes breath with movement. Through Vinyasa, she helps students:

Hillary's passion lies in intertwining yoga philosophy with powerful, invigorating flows, blending strength, mobility, and mindfulness in an approachable way. She's dedicated to teaching Vinyasa that feels accessible and relatable for all levels, always incorporating props and modifications to support every body.

Her classes balance challenge with compassion, helping students feel confident on the mat and steady beyond it, reminding us that yoga is always more than just the poses. Izzy is a dedicated and accomplished certified Pilates Instructor whose foundation is built upon a rich 16-year background in dance. 

Izzy specializes in guiding clients through the core principles of Pilates, driven by the opportunity to watch members grow not just in physical strength, but also in profound confidence.

Her instruction is uniquely informed by her dance mastery, highlighting the powerful functional similarities between the two disciplines:

Natalie brings warmth, playfulness, and a deep sense of grace to every class she teaches. With over 10 years of experience and 200-hour RYT certification, she offers Katonah Yoga-inspired vinyasa classes rooted in hatha yoga and Ashtanga training. 

 

Her alignment-focused style creates a safe and supportive space for smooth transitions in and out of poses. She loves using props for support and enrichment, and encourages modifications for every body—beginners to advanced.

 

What makes her classes truly special is their Katonah-inspired essence: a beautiful blend of traditional hatha yoga with sacred geometry, the magic of repetition, and the playful use of imagination. With a gentle emphasis on breathwork and metaphors, she invites you to explore your body, connect more deeply with yourself, and experience the joy of embodied imagination on the mat. She has been weaving these principles into her classes to deepen and expand the practice for herself and her students.
