Celebrate the Summer Solstice with 108 Sun Salutations!
Join us at Heritage Park (1600 Heritage Dr, Coldwater, MI 49036), across from the splash pad under the cool shade of the trees, as we welcome the first day of summer and the longest day of the year with a traditional practice of 108 Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar).
This invigorating and quick-moving yoga flow is a beautiful way to honor the sun's energy and mark the transition of the seasons. We'll begin our practice with the creation of a collective flower altar – feel free to bring a small item of personal significance to add to it.
Please bring your own yoga mat and come prepared to connect with nature in this lovely outdoor setting. A hydration station will be available to keep you refreshed throughout the practice. Please note that due to the energetic nature of this flow, fasting beforehand is…
