Service Description
This is a slow, intentional practice rooted in steady, gentle movement designed to restore balance to both the physical and energetic body. This session is a supportive entry point for everyone—whether you are new to yoga, recovering from injury, or simply seeking a more mindful, unhurried pace. The journey begins with a dedicated period of centering and breathwork (Pranayama), utilizing the Pancha Maya model to ground the mind and body. We then move into joint-freeing sequences specifically designed to awaken circulation, soften held tension, and support a healthy, sustainable range of motion. As the body warms, we transition through a series of accessible, breath-led asanas. Each pose is held with purpose, allowing you to explore alignment and sensation without the pressure of a fast-paced flow. The experience concludes with an extended restorative Savasana, providing the space needed to integrate the practice, nourish the nervous system, and leave the studio feeling deeply replenished. Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best class offerings for both instructors and guests there is a 3 person minimum to host a class. The instructor reserves the right to cancel the class if the minimum sign up is not met one hour prior to class session. We encourage early bookings and cancelations if a member or guest is unable to join to allow additional guests to join on the waitlist. We appreciate your dedication to making each class successful. A fee of $5 will be deducted automatically for late cancellations. We value your time and dedication, please value ours.
