Every reservation includes full premium towel service, and all rooms feature a dedicated 10-minute sanitation transition window between clients to guarantee a pristine, relaxed environment.
Cancellation Policy
Arrival & Timing: Arrive 5–10 minutes early. Sessions run on a strict automated timer to allow full room ventilation between appointments. Waitlist & Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made under 12 hours prior to start time or no-shows incur our standard $5 fee. Attire & Devices: Clean athletic wear, swimwear, or a towel wrap is required. Phones/devices are permitted at your own risk (electronics may overheat in high ambient temperatures). Complimentary Eucalyptus Service: Enjoy a chilled eucalyptus towel post-session to refresh and lock in your glow!
