Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, fluid practice that synchronizes breath with movement. Often called "flow" yoga, Vinyasa seamlessly links one pose to the next, creating a moving meditation. Classes typically build heat in the body as you move through creative sequences that can vary widely from one instructor to another. This variety keeps the practice engaging and allows for continuous growth. While Vinyasa can be physically challenging, focusing on the rhythm of your breath helps to calm the mind and enhance concentration. Whether you're looking to build strength, increase flexibility, improve cardiovascular health, or simply find a moving meditation that calms your mind, Vinyasa yoga offers an energetic and invigorating path. Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best class offerings for both instructors and guests there is a 3 person minimum to host a class. The instructor reserves the right to cancel the class if the minimum sign up is not met one hour prior to class session. We encourage early bookings and cancelations if a member or guest is unable to join to allow additional guests to join on the waitlist. We appreciate your dedication to making each class successful. A fee of $5 will be deducted automatically for late cancellations. We value your time and dedication, please value ours.
