Warmed Yin Yoga
Slow down, target deep connective tissue, and restore joint flexibility.(72°F–80°F)
Service Description
A slow-paced, meditative practice focusing on long-held passive floor poses (3 to 5 minutes) that target the deep connective tissues; fascia, ligaments, and joints, rather than active muscle. Designed to quiet the nervous system and increase long-term joint mobility, Yin is the ultimate recovery practice for all levels. Practiced at ambient room temperature (68°F–72°F) or under Comfortably Warm residual infrared heat (75°F–80°F) following heated sessions. Mild residual warmth helps soothe joints and gently opens fascia for deeper, effortless release.
