Join us for a truly unique and transformative experience: a Floating Sound Bath on August 15th! This event will take place at the beginning of dusk, entering into golden hour – the perfect time to rest within nature.

Unwind and immerse yourself in an evening of deep relaxation, beginning with a gentle Yin yoga practice with Nicole. This slow, meditative flow will gently prepare your body and mind, releasing tension and inviting stillness.

Following your Yin practice, prepare for pure bliss as you transition to our picturesque pool for a floating sound bath with Kallie. Suspended effortlessly in the water, you'll be enveloped by the resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments. These soothing sounds travel through the water and your body, promoting deep relaxation, stress reduction, and a profound sense of peace.
