In a world that constantly demands our energy, finding true alignment can feel out of reach. At Sattva Yoga Therapy, we bridge the ancient wisdom of classical yoga with modern, evidence-based therapeutic practices to help you heal from the inside out.
"Sattva" represents a state of balance, harmony, purity, and light. Our mission is to help you dissolve physical tension, calm mental turbulence, and reconnect with your inherent state of inner peace.
What is Yoga Therapy?
Unlike a standard studio yoga class, Yoga Therapy is a personalized, holistic approach to healthcare. We don’t just look at symptoms; we look at the whole person. By adapting yogic tools—such as mindful movement, conscious breathing, meditation, and lifestyle counseling—we create a tailored roadmap to support your unique physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Yoga Therapy can support you in managing:
Chronic pain, injuries, and structural imbalances
Stress, anxiety, burnout, and depression
Nervous system regulation and trauma recovery
Chronic conditions (such as autoimmune disorders, insomnia, or fatigue)
Transitions in life requiring deeper grounding and clarity
Our Therapeutic Approach
We believe that healing is not about "fixing" yourself, but about returning to your natural state of wholeness. Our sessions provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you are an active participant in your own wellness journey.

Package Deposit Policy: All yoga therapy packages require a $50 deposit to secure your enrollment. This deposit is strictly non-refundable, but will be fully applied toward the total balance of your package of choice.

Start Your Journey to Balance
Whether you are recovering from an injury, navigating a stressful season of life, or simply seeking a deeper connection to your body and mind, you don’t have to do it alone.
