About the event
This is an afternoon designed for your reset. In addition to tours of our movement sanctuary, we will be offering 10-minute mini sauna previews so you can experience the restorative power of medical-grade infrared heat firsthand. It is a wonderful opportunity to meet our instructors and see how our focus on kinetic intelligence and restorative practices can support your demanding roles in healthcare.
We’ll have the studio fully prepped for tours, featuring light refreshments and healthy snacks to help everyone reset after their shift. It’ll be a great opportunity for your staff to experience the space firsthand, meet our team, and see how we can support your recovery.
