9:45 AM | The Arrival & Ritual: Guests arrive in their favorite pajamas or luxury loungewear. Quick check-in with a glass of bubbly or a botanical sparkling elixir to set the mood.
10:00 AM | Rhythmic Pilates Flow: A 50-minute, high-energy session led by our team. Focus on "Kinetic Power"—precision movement engineered to build lean muscle and ignite the metabolism.
10:45 AM | Bestie Polaroids, Snacks & Gifting: * Snap a Polaroid with your bestie under our Giant Pink Bow.
