Service Description
Pilates is a mind, body, and spirit practice with benefits that include improved posture, better coordination and balance, increased lung capacity, improved concentration and focus. Mat work is a great choice for all levels of Pilates practitioners because the exercises will keep you intrigued while gaining full body defining. Every exercise can also be modified to decrease or increase the level of challenge. Practicing Mat Pilates helps build a strong, balanced body and increases flexibility. As you progress in your practice, you will notice improvements in breathing, focus, and body awareness. Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best class offerings for both instructors and guests there is a 3 person minimum to host a class. The instructor reserves the right to cancel the class if the minimum sign up is not met one hour prior to class session. We encourage early bookings and cancelations if a member or guest is unable to join and appreciate your dedication to making each class successful.
